What this tool does — and doesn't
It does exactly one thing: adds 25 years (US) and 15 years (Canada) to a manufacture month and shows you the result. It makes no legal judgement about a specific vehicle, state or province. Federal import and state/provincial registration are separate hurdles, and the final basis is always the individual chassis's actual manufacture month.
